Our products are brand new and 100% genuine, although the packaging may show signs of damage or shop soiling. This could include, but is not limited to, boxes that are scratched, squashed, marked, ripped, or missing cellophane (when applicable). In cases where the packaging is extensively damaged, we may remove the box to ensure safe shipping.
